Diameter: 1,8 cm.Weight: 195 gr.Description:- Incomplete Instrumental plumb bob of the second half of the 19th century.- The body of the weight is cylindrical in shape, 11.4 cm. high and 1.8 cm. in diameter, with a threaded head.- The thread is small in size and diameter, with a thread and a small pitch. Curiously, in this case, the head acts as the female while the male is attached to the body.- The body appears to have a brass sleeve, and the core is presumably made of iron. - The tip is conical, with a fluted horizontal stripe.- On the top of the body is the following inscription: "Goodell Pratt Company Toolsmiths Greenfield Mass USA".- Very good and nice patina is preserved throughout the plumb bob. Diámetro: 1,8 cm.Peso: 195 gr.Descripción:- Plomada incompleta Instrumental de la Segunda Mitad del S.XIX.- El Cuerpo de la Pesa tiene forma cilíndrica, de 11,4 cm. de alto y 1,8 cm. de diámetro, con Cabeza roscada.- La rosca es de tamaño y diámetro pequeño, con filete y paso pequeño. Curiosamente, en este caso, la cabeza hace de hembra mientras que el macho está unido al cuerpo.- El cuerpo, parece que tiene una funda de latón, y el núcleo suponemos que es de hierro. - La punta es cónica, con una franja horizontal estriada.- En la parte superior del cuerpo, está la siguiente inscripción: “Goodell Pratt Company Toolsmiths Greenfield Mass USA”.- Se conserva muy buena y bonita pátina en toda la Plomada. La calidad de la fundición y la ejecución de la Plomada es buena.- Que una plomada tenga algún distintivo, marca o contraste, distinto del número de su tamaño, es un detalle escasísimo y de gran importancia para el interés de la plomada.- Probablemente la Plomada esté realizada en el sur de Europa.Conservación y desperfectos:- La Plomada se encuentra en buen estado de conservación, teniendo la Pesa varios golpes y roces, tanto en los bordes y cantos, como en las caras, debido a su uso.- En la parte superior del cuerpo, la funda tiene una pequeña fisura.Comentarios:- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.- Muy interesante como pieza de colección y como elemento decorativo.- Los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.- El Objeto en venta es el que se corresponde con las fotos.
